Job Title:Digital Power FR Engineer
Job Location: Ireland
Main Responsibilities:
Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with the customers or partners on technical issues.
Support of the sales and solution team.
Logging of issues reported by the customers.
Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process by means of; kick-off meetings, hardware and software trainings and the acceptance test.
Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary.
You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue.
Responsible for supporting second and third line support.
Responsible for technical support of customers or its partners, independently or together with a technical support team.
On-site support in case of major or critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor.
Responsible for monitoring the quality of the on-site operation, providing quality analyses and improvement processes.
Requirements:
With science or engineering education background, Major of such as Electricity, Energy or Mechanical etc.
have technical and service working experience, have channel management experience.
Knowledgeable or working experience of Solar-PV market/storage market is preferable.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal with people from different countries & cultures.
Ability to have insight into problems.
Excellent communication skills in English
