Our reputable client, a distinguished leader in the banking industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to join their dynamic team as a Senior Operations Manager within the Asset Management Operations department.
This is a pivotal role focusing on supporting capital markets operations at a global level.
Role & Responsibilities
Oversight of day-to-day operations in Asset Management Operations, specifically relating to Capital Markets.
Management and strategic operations of middle office functions and trade support activities.
Ensuring client relationships are managed and maintained with the highest level of service quality and responsiveness.
Implementation of best practice operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Collaboration with various internal teams, including technology divisions, to streamline operations and initiate improvements.
Regular reporting and analysis of performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Direct supervision and development of a high-performing operations team.
Key Skills
Profound knowledge and operational management experience in Asset Management, focusing on Capital Markets.
Strong skills in client relationship management within the Asset Management sector.
Expertise in Asset Management Operations for the middle office and trade support.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
