What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse (NMBI) in good standing
Minimum 3 years' experience in elderly care, including 2+ years in a senior nursing role
A postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management (or equivalent) is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
