Cafe Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Café Assistant to join our team.The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, providing excellent service, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere in our café/restaurant.Our café serves breakfast, lunch, and a selection of freshly made pastries.You will be involved in everything from taking customer orders, preparing sandwiches, and serving carvery lunches, to ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience.Working Hours:Scheduled Monday to Friday.Weekend shifts may be required occasionally (Saturday or Sunday).Responsibilities:Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.Take and process customer orders accurately.Prepare sandwiches and assist with serving carvery lunches.Support with breakfast and pastry service.Ensure cleanliness and organization in the café and service areas.Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive experience.Requirements:Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (preferred).Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Positive, team-oriented attitude.Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed.Job Type: PermanentPay: €***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexitimeFood allowanceStore discountExperience:Cafe Assistant: 1 year (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: Cafe Assistant
