and other offerings across a wide range of therapeutic areas.We are committed to helping create healthier communities worldwide through education, outreach and better access to treatment.For those driven to live their lives with purpose, Viatris helps employees realise their full potential by creating a collaborative culture that fosters courage and resilience.Viatris is more than just a place to work.This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the Viatris Galway Injectables facilities.This role is critical in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting long-term business growth, managing the preparation of budgets, forecasts,& KPI'sEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how theOperations Finance Managerwill make an impact:Provide strategic financial leadership and analysis to support the site leadership team and business development initiatives.Ensure effective internal controls are in place and operating as required.Partner with executive management to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in support of both short- and long-term operational goals.Act as key finance partner for line expansion projects and new product introductions at the site.Manage financial aspects of business plans, including financial modeling and capital expenditure proposals.Drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes, aiming for best-in-class practices.Enhance and maintain robust financial forecasting processes for improved accuracy and insight.Collaborate with IT to support ongoing systems improvements and financial reporting capabilities.Work with Operations to identify and implement cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities.Partner with Planning and Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and working capital efficiency.Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate functions, service providers, and state agencies.Maintain safety requirementsFor this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
