About Olympian Gymnastics (OES)Olympian Gymnastics is a leading provider of gymnastics in Ireland, delivering top-tier coaching in a fun, safe, and positive environment.We offer structured, engaging programmes for children and are expanding our team to meet growing demand across our Dublin centres.—Role SummaryAs Community Club Manager, you will play a key leadership and operational role in the day-to-day running of the club.You will act as the main point of contact for the centre, support ongoing programmes and projects, manage staff and client relationships, and ensure the centre runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.________________________________________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day delivery and operations of one or more Community ClubsManager and support a team of 2–5 coaches, ensuring strong morale and performanceMaintain high standards of coaching quality, customer service, and health & safetyMonitor weekly attendance, manage rotas, and arrange cover when neededLiaise with internal leads for smooth coordination:Customer AdminOperationsMarketing & SalesConduct weekly H&S checks and risk assessmentsEnsure your club is compliant with Olympian's policies, safeguarding, and proceduresAttend hub-based meetings and provide support to flagship managers as neededPromote club visibility and engagement within the local communityUphold a welcoming, safe, and professional atmosphere for members and staffWork in/ cover our FlagshipsKey RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum age: 18 years oldGarda VettingSafeguarding 1 & 2First Aid CertificateLevel 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification (GFA or equivalent) –essentialMotivated, high-performing coaching teamStrong background in sport, youth development, or community-based programmesExperience managing a team or supervising staffOrganised, self-directed, and detail-orientedConfident in communicating with both staff and clientJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €31,******-€33,****** per yearExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In personReference ID: Assistant Community Club Manager
