Overview
Our client, a well-established financial advisory firm based in North Dublin, is seeking a
Financial Administrator
to join their expanding team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a group of experienced financial advisors, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.
Support policy administration, client onboarding, and claims processing.
Liaise with advisors to ensure efficient and professional client service.
Carry out a range of general administrative duties to assist the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial services role.
ATA qualified (or working towards QFA); QFA qualification preferred.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone.
Benefits
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE
