Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants for full time positions with a well-established nursing home in North Dublin.
Our client is a well renowned Nursing Home Group.
We can only recruit experienced candidates who hold an EU passport in line with the 50/50 rule.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
You'll be part of a team that values kindness, respect, and professionalism in every aspect of care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene
Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviour
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
EU passport
(essential for employment eligibility)
QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare or elderly care setting is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for caring for older people
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
