Job DescriptionExperienced Bar StaffThe Four Star Bloomfield House Hotel located 5 mins from Mullingar town,currently have positions available for suitable full-time and part-time Experienced Bar Staff that must be available for mid week and weekends.Bloomfield House Hotel has 111 guest bedrooms,2 Function Bar.Main Bar & Restaurant & spacious Conference & Banqueting facilities.On site facilities include a state of the art leisure centre with sauna, jacuzzi, 18 metre pool and gym and Spa.OverviewTo serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional mannerTo offer our guests the highest levels of service, ensuring that their needs are metThe Ideal candidate must be available for Mid Week and WeekendsKey Duties & ObjectivesTo ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar at all timesHave thorough knowledge of service standards required for bar beverage .To co-operate with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible service.Take orders and assists guests with any questions regarding menus or beverage.Serve guests food and drink as per established standards.Stock up and replenish service points as necessary.Experience RequiredBar/Restaurant Experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided on the job to the ideal candidate.Excellent Communication skills both written and spokenMust be available for Mid Week and WeekendsJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Food allowanceGym membershipOn-site parkingExperience:Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
