Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business.
People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.
The main focus of this role is to heighten awareness of the client's brands in any given location and to ensure high product visibility and quality on all products.
Building in-store relationships is key to promote CPM and the client with the key contacts.
To provide simple reporting through tablet and phone technology.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
Merchandise required products on to shelves and ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
Record merchandising activity completed, audit our brands and competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
Maintain and grow planogram space where possible;
Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
Merchandise all promotional displays and ensure correct pricing is in place;
Capture before and after photographs on a hand-held device
Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;
Liaise with NSM before and after each call;
Deliver field insights to the National sales manager
Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
To generate new ideas and ways of working
To support all product launches and promotions and develop presence in-store
To maintain all CPM standards and policies
To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Required Experience & Competencies:

Full driving licence is essential
· Merchandising background is desirable but not required
· Computer Literate – ability to send photos via email and fill in and send reports/audits as required
· Ability to undertake physical activity as this role will involve lifting and moving some heavy products
