CNM1- Cardio/Urology

We're seeking candidates for CNM1- Full-time, permanent position in Cardiology/Urology ward. Requirements: Registered on the general division of the NMBI nursing register, with a current NMBI PIN (essential). 2-4 years of post-registration experience in an acute setting (essential). At least 1 year of management experience (desirable). A recognized qualification or relevant experience in the specialty (desirable). Completion of a management training program (desirable). Demonstrated clinical and professional competence. Strong IT proficiency with relevant applications. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously. Excellent communication skills, fostering positive interactions with patients and colleagues. Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
