Position summary
Collaborate
: Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver accessible, performant, and reliable interfaces.
Architect
: Contribute to system design and frontend architecture, helping shape technical direction for new and existing features.
Mentor:
Provide guidance and support to other engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Own
: Take end-to-end ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of experience
building frontend applications in a production environment.
Deep understanding of modern frontend tooling, testing, and component-based design.
Experience contributing to frontend architecture and design decisions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
Passion for user experience and building clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
Experience working within a design system is a plus.
