Structive Civil Engineering Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and reliableSolar Panel Installation Operative to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
Installphotovoltaic (PV) solarpanel systems on farms / rural areas
Assembleand mount panels, racking, and other structural components
Ensuresystems are installed to industry standards and manufacturerspecifications
Worksafely at heights and follow all relevant health and safety regulations
Collaboratewith electricians and other team members during installation
Maintaintools and equipment in proper working condition
Assistwith site preparation and clean-up
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Basicunderstanding of electrical or mechanical systems
Comfortableworking at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
ValidSafe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Skills:
Previousexperience with solar panel installation or renewable energy systems
Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
Goodcommunication and time management skills
