As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge medical devices for global markets.
Your Role: In this role, you will LEAD the development of embedded software, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
You'll collaborate across teams, engage with clinicians, and drive innovation from concept to commercialization.
REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Electronic, Software, or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).
4+ years' experience in embedded software development, ideally in MedTech.
Proficiency in C/C++ and microcontroller-based software design (8/16/32-bit).
Experience with wireless communication (Bluetooth, LoRa) and hardware interfacing (SPI, I2C, UART, ADCs).
Working knowledge of software tools like MPLAB X, Visual Studio, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Design & Architecture of embedded software solutions , balancing scalability, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Firmware Development: Write, debug, and enhance firmware using C/C++ for high-reliability medical applications.
System Integration: Ensure seamless interaction between software and hardware components.
Testing & Validation: Oversee unit, integration, and system testing to guarantee safety and compliance.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and FDA guidelines.
User & Clinical Engagement: Work with clinicians to understand user needs and refine product functionality.
Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and drive technological advancements.
Mentorship: Support and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
