Responsibilities: Team Management Production oversight .Safety compliance Inventory and equipment managament reporting and documentation Qualifications: Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or related field. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. 2-3 years experience in managing and/or a team Excellent written and oral communications Knowledge and Experience of Lean Manufacturing is an advantage Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Skills: Management Supervisory Skills Communication (Verbal And Written) Leadership Health and Safety Engineering Benefits: Medical Aid / Health Care Pension Fund Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque Staff Discounts
