Evaporator Operator

Evaporator Operator One of our top clients in the FMCG industry is looking for an evaporator operator to join their team. 3+ years in a similar role is a key requirement. Key Responsibilities: Operate and adjust evaporation and supply equipment. Maintain production data and quality information. Plan and establish work schedules and assignments. Report daily production information and non-conformances to the Production Manager. Communicate non-conformances to the technical team. Report machine problems to the Engineering department. Monitor packing department productivity and performance. Participate in maintenance meetings as needed. Ensure high levels of quality and workmanship. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Skills / Qualifications/ Experience: 3 years experience in a similar manufacturing role. Food-based diploma preferred. Technical operator experience required. Familiarity with computerised controls preferred. Understanding of pumps and control valves preferred. Experience with chemicals and hot liquid handling preferred. Knowledge of CIP of food production equipment preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to multitask. Ability to provide guidance and motivation to others. Flexible working hours required. Skills: Manufacturing Food CIP
