OverviewAgri-Lloyd–The Secret's in the Science– is seeking a driven and experiencedDairy Sales Managerto lead and inspire a team of area sales managers across Ireland.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in ruminant nutrition and health products, with a legacy of innovation and excellence since ****.Salary:Up to €50,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus structure and Company benefitsRole OverviewAgri-Lloyd, a leader in ruminant nutrition for forty years, is seeking a Dairy Sales Manager to oversee the development of sales for our Farm Animal Division's nutritional and health products.These products will be sold directly to farmers through a network of Area Sales Managers.ResponsibilitiesManaging the Area Sales Manager networkDeveloping and maintaining a detailed CRM systemAchieving the company\'s Area Sales Manager sales plan through regular contactWorking in the field with Area Sales Managers, providing training and feedbackKeeping the team updated on competitor developmentsEnsuring efficient call planning and implementationCollating, analyzing, and using marketing sales dataAttending key national and regional showsCoordinating and facilitating farmer meetings, farm walks, and open daysBuilding relationships with Key Opinion LeadersEnsuring efficient and effective personal reportingParticipating positively in regional sales meetingsAbout YouThorough understanding of dairy farmingPractical experience in dairy farming through education or workTeam player with strong leadership skillsEnthusiastic with excellent communication and rapport-building abilitiesWilling to spend at least two or three nights per week away from homeWe are looking for a driven DairySales Manager passionate about the agricultural sector.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.Job DetailsJob Type:Full-timeBenefits & CompensationAdditional Pay:Bonus schemeBenefits:Company carCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceScheduleMonday to FridayExperienceAgriculture: 1 year (required)Willingness to Travel50% (required)#J-*****-Ljbffr
