Company DescriptionStuntworx Elite is a cheerleading and gymnastics gym based in Galway, Ireland, offering recreational and competitive programs for athletes of all ages.Our mission is to develop confident, skilled, and motivated athletes in a safe, inclusive, and team-focused environment.We are proud to train a cheerleading team that competes annually at the Cheerleading World Championships, representing Irish talent on the global stage.From beginner gymnastics classes to elite all-star cheer training, our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to helping every athlete grow, improve, and feel part of something bigger.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Gymnastics Instructor, located in Galway.The Gymnastics Instructor will be responsible for designing and implementing gymnastics training programs, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of athletes, and providing individual and group instruction.Day-to-day tasks include teaching gymnastics techniques, assessing athlete performance, offering feedback, and maintaining a positive and motivating training environment.The instructor will also communicate with parents and guardians, and assist in organizing gymnastics events and competitions.QualificationsExperience in Physical Education and GymnasticsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsTeaching experience and the ability to instruct both individuals and groupsKnowledge of safety standards in gymnastics trainingPassion for sports and dedication to athlete developmentBachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is beneficialFirst Aid and CPR certification is a plus
