Electrical Supervisor – Permanent Role (Cork / West Cork)
PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Electrical Contractor, for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will be based on a well-established production plant in West Cork, overseeing a mix of maintenance and new installation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on site.
Manage planned maintenance, reactive works, and new installation projects within a live production environment.
Ensure works are delivered to the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Liaise with plant management and the client's engineering team to schedule works effectively.
Carry out regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to H&S requirements.
Report on progress, resource needs, and any issues impacting delivery.
Requirements:
Fully qualified Electrician with a valid trade qualification.
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a supervisory/lead role within electrical contracting.
Strong background in maintenance and installation projects, ideally within industrial or production environments.
Excellent knowledge of safety standards, permits to work, and electrical regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
