, they are now seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Manager
to join their team.
As
Quality Assurance Manager
, you will managed quality standards on site, maintain
BRC accreditation
, and ensure products are safe, legal, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality & Technical compliance, including food safety, HACCP and GMP.
Manage customer and third-party audits.
Drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality systems.
Support production in implementing best manufacturing practices.
Oversee supplier management and reviews.
Collaborate with senior management on production planning.
Monitor and respond to health, safety, and environmental issues.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Food Science or related field (preferred).
Experience in a Quality or Technical role within food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of
BRC, HACCP, GMP
.
Experience with retailer platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Detail-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
