Job Description: Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced Registered Nurse Managers for the role of Director of Nursing at a South Dublin nursing home.
This home is part of a nursing group known for high standards of person-centred care and offers excellent career opportunities.

Previous senior-level aged care experience is essential.
An excellent remuneration package is available for this role.

To be considered, the following criteria apply: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Nursing Management role in Elderly Care (within the last 6 years).
Currently registered with NMBI.
Proven clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and the 'HEALTH ACT'.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proven decision-making ability.
Gerontology qualification is desirable.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
