The employer is one of Ireland's leading motor dealerships (Note this role is fully onsite in Limerick city - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm) Vehicle Administrator / Accounts Payable This role will work within an accounting team of 5 staff, and will work closely with the Financial Controller and Sales Team to ensure all vehicle movements are recorded on the inventory systems.
Responsibilities include the following: AP matching and posting supplier invoices Recording new and used vehicles on the inventory system Recording / amending vehicle prices/values on the inventory system Liaising with sales teams to record sales invoices for individual sale transactions and adjusting inventory system accordingly Working with stores and servicing departments to record / reconcile sales receipts Generate and maintain used car listing on a weekly and monthly basis Support the Financial Controller in other areas of accounts and administration as required Qualifications and Experience Accounts Payable experience Vehicle Admin experience advantageous but not essential General book-keeping and accounts experience desirable Ability to organise and prioritise work-load Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good business acumen; Ability to work as part of a team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
