Vice President - Company Secretary

As a Company Secretary, you will:

  1. Support the Head of Corporate Solutions in ensuring the efficiency of the section and that all processes undertaken are in line with the Company's procedures.
  2. Ensure all team members are following Company procedure at all times, identifying and suggesting procedural improvements where appropriate.
  3. Promote excellent relationships with clients of the company and their non-executive directors.
  4. Build effective relationships between individual team members and guide others in doing the same.

  1. Full working knowledge of Guernsey regulations and other well-known funds and related licensed entities.
  2. Full knowledge of stock exchange requirements in Guernsey, Ireland, London, and others.
