Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analysis Manager to join our Logistics and Supply Chain Operations team.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across our logistics activities.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide logistics data and business analysis support for the leadership team (i.e.
Dashboard design, Score card design and performance data tracking);
Provide weekly and monthly logistics business reviews, which includes business process optimisation indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, and more.
Team engagement and collaboration (CN performance team, EU logistics operation team and HQ data team)
Work within tight time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field.
5+ years of data analysis experience, with at least 1 year experience in e-commerce supply chain or logistics.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing deliverables.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
