What's the opportunity?
We're looking for a hungry and ambitious sales person to join the Intercom sales team in EMEA.
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our existing business.
We're building a world-class sales organization, and the road ahead is very exciting.

What will I be doing?
Owning and acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Driving net growth within your portfolio
Identifying and working on expansion opportunities
Managing a proactive renewal process
Forecasting and planning pacing for each month and quarter
Partnering with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure long-term success
Communicating fluently in English and German (spoken and written)
Having 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role
Possessing 2+ years of SaaS experience
Discovering customer pain points and articulating solutions
Qualifying opportunities accurately
Conducting light demos or working closely with Sales Engineers/CSMs
Building compelling presentations (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.)
Forecasting monthly or quarterly sales
Experience working in B2B SaaS and with renewals
Using the Command of the Message framework effectively
