Due to continued expansion, we are looking to employ a Concrete Frames Foreman to join the team.
This is a permanent, full time position.
Based in Dublin.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Management of sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff
Management and control of plant and equipment
Management and control of health and safety issues
Check and understand all drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
Keeping site diaries and paperwork up to date
Maintaining a tidy, safe, and efficient site at all times
Provide regular updates on the progress of works to the Site Manager
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level on large scale projects
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and HSA guidelines
Proven experience working on large civils projects
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Full Driving License
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
