This is a
commission-only
opportunity ideal for self-motivated individuals ready to launch or grow their career in the financial services industry.
What You'll Do:
Serve Clients with Integrity:
Build meaningful relationships with clients, assess their needs, and provide personalized life insurance solutions.
Utilize Provided Leads:
Focus your time on closing sales—not cold calling—by working warm leads supplied to you.
Achieve Sales Goals:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product expertise, and client trust.
Ongoing Training:
Participate in comprehensive virtual training and mentorship programs to develop your knowledge and grow your skills.
Deliver Outstanding Service:
Be a trusted advisor by supporting your clients before, during, and after the sale.
What You'll Need:
Insurance License:
Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (pre-licensing support and training provided).
Experience:
No experience required—entry-level applicants are welcome.
Motivation & Drive:
Success in this role depends on your self-discipline and commitment to growth.
