Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Oversee the management and enhancement of our social media presence, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with brand guidelines. Lead the analysis of ongoing marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Create and manage the production of high-quality visual and written content, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital marketing. Proficiency in managing Social Media Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Strong expertise in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting. Experience in the financial services industry or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
