Role Overview:Join a top 5 Dublin law firm as a Corporate Solicitor.
This role offers exposure to high-profile, complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and restructurings for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on and lead corporate transactions, including M&A and restructurings.
Conduct and oversee due diligence and draft/negotiate agreements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive client service.
Requirements:
2-4 years PQE in corporate law from a leading firm or in-house.
Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
Qualified in Ireland, England and Wales, or a common law jurisdiction.
