Our production facility is based in Ballyboughal, Co.Dublin and we are currently recruiting for a number of General Operatives roles required for Food Production & Cleaning.Reliability & Good communication essential.This role requires Operatives to effectively and efficiently perform their daily work tasks to the highest level of hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards, meeting all targets and reporting all issues.The role involves the employee being an integral part of a team, working together and meeting production plans.Responsibilities:This position involves a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including:Setting up equipment on a fast paced production line with a responsibility to meet daily/weekly production requirementsComplying at all times with SOPs and Safety and Quality procedures in your areaUnderstand HACCP and adhere to all HACCP and food safety standards consistentlyReporting any product, package or machine deficiencies to the Production Supervisor or Quality ManagerSupporting other relevant personnel to ensure that the production line runs smoothly, safely and efficiently, resulting in the output of products which are of the highest quality, in line with company guidelinesMaintain a hygienic, safe and organised work environment at all timesRequirementsPrevious experience in similar roles would be an advantageStrong work ethic, with motivation to achieve production targetsAbility to work at a fast pace in a production environmentTeamwork and positive interpersonal skillsMust be flexible to work on morning and afternoon shifts as start times and days vary throughout the year, dependent upon business demandsManual Handling Cert would be advantageous, but training can be providedThis is an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who will ideally have experience working in food production environments.Own transport probably required as work site is in rural location Ballyboughal, Co.Dublin with very low level of public transport.Practical skills of disassembling and re-assembling equipment is advantageous.Forklift experience advantageous.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €*****-€***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekApplication question(s):Do you have a reliable way to get to Ballyboughal each day?(not public transport)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
