The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a 4* or 5* spa environment, a deep commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for guest care.
At The Castle Spa, guests are invited to indulge in restorative therapies, rejuvenating treatments, and invigorating beauty rituals inspired by Lady Ethel, one of Dromolands most iconic and graceful figures.

Overview of Role: Work schedule spans Monday to Sunday, with varied shifts flexibility is essential.
Perform all treatments and services featured on our spa menu to the highest standard.
Deliver a consistently memorable and personalised guest experience.
Conduct thorough consultations and provide tailored product and treatment recommendations.
Maintain exceptional hygiene and professional standards throughout the spa.
Operate on a 4-week rolling rota, allowing for work-life balance.
Competitive commission on both retail sales and treatments based on performance targets.
Qualifications: Possess a recognised ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
Minimum of one years post-qualification experience, with strong skills in facials and massage.
Warm, guest-focused, and confident in delivering luxury service.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Highly organised and detail oriented.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
