Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Identify and develop relationships with suppliers Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and reliability. * Work with our Technical department to conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to maintain compliance with company standards. Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure a consistent supply of high-quality materials. Analyze market trends and conditions to anticipate supply challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to forecast material requirements and align procurement plans. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Monitor and manage procurement budgets to achieve cost savings and efficiency. Ensure procurement practices align with the company's sustainability goals and environmental policies. Collaborate with the production site to plan and coordinate the supply of raw materials. Develop and maintain a raw material inventory management system. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production sites to avoid disruptions. Work closely with our Finance & Manufacturing Directors Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Food manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Experience in people management and performance management is desirable.
