Employment Tax and Global Mobility Services Director | Top 10 Firm | DublinOur client is a leading international audit, tax, advisory, and consulting firm.They operate as a united partnership and provide exceptional services in audit, assurance, tax, consulting, financial advisory, corporate finance, and financial outsourcing.With over 30 Partners and 600+ staff based in Dublin, Galway, and Limerick, their Irish firm leverages expertise, scale, and cultural understanding to assist major international groups, SMEs, private investors, and public bodies at every stage of their development.Our client is seeking to hire a Tax Director to join their Employment Tax and Global Mobility Services (ET & GMS) team within their Tax Advisory Services division.The ET & GMS team advises both domestic and international businesses in relation to a variety of issues, including all aspects of employment taxes and global mobility.What's On Offer —Competitive salaryOpportunity to work with a varied client portfolioExcellent opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolioChance to be part of a dedicated team focused on employment taxes and global mobilityChance to demonstrate your technical expertise in employment taxes by providing support to domestic and international clientsAbility to develop close client relationships and take an active role in business developmentOpportunities for people management skills developmentCollaboration with the client's international community and learning from an extensive range of expertsMain Responsibilities —As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for:Advising clients on all aspects of employment taxes, including tax-free employee incentives, BIK, share-based remuneration plans, termination/redundancy payments, PAYE health checks, and Revenue audit supportAdvising clients on all aspects of global mobility, including inbound and outbound cross-border employment arrangements, supporting clients with "remote worker" situations, ensuring clients remain fully compliant with tax, social security, payroll, and other in-country requirementsReviewing expatriate tax returns and managing compliance engagementsAbout you —AITI/CTA qualified or equivalentStrong academic backgroundAt least 7 years of taxation experience in the areas of employment tax and global mobilityManagerial experience or experience managing projects and deadlinesExperience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications (e.g. SARP forms, A1 and Certs of Coverage applications, etc.)Experience in managing PAYE Revenue audits and compliance checksWorked in a tax team with client-facing experienceOrganized, self-starter, and enthusiastic team playerAble to work efficiently to deadlines and encourage others to do the sameDriven, ambitious, and passionate about continuous personal and professional developmentKnowledge of Irish tax law related to employment taxes and global mobilitySound like something that's of interest?Please send your details through the link below and we'll be in touch for a confidential discussion on the detailsAll applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence#J-*****-Ljbffr
