Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Cafe Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Dunboyne Cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.Experience required.5 days over 7.The Cafe Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities.The ideal candidate should have experience within the hospitality or food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.ResponsibilitiesOpening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your managerCash Handling & ProcessesSupporting & Leading the food teamDaily Task Planning of DepartmentCash ReconciliationCustomer Service queries including dealing with complaintsOrdering processes for the storeProvide general support to the management teamAd hoc duties as requiredRequirementsProven track record of seeking responsibilityExcellent customer service skillsAttention to detail and problem solving skillsReliable and flexible in their approach to workPrevious experience in a similar role an advantageExperience in a busy cafe or restaurant environmentSkills:Food Product KnowledgeCustomer ServiceTeamworkBenefits:Pension SchemeProfessional DevelopmentEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEmployee Share Purchase PlanEmployee Referral BonusFamily Friendly PoliciesLife Assurance BenefitCycle To Work SchemeHealth & Wellness Programmes
