Medical Optics is a long established, busy and modern medical eye clinic and optician, with patient / customer care at our core.Due to the recent expansion of our Bray Clinic, we are now accepting application for a permanent part-time Receptionist (4 full days days, 32 hours).This is an exciting and excellent opportunity for you to work in a unique vibrant setting, to gain new experiences and to develop new skills.You will enjoy a varied role including:Answering the phone.Responding to emails.Booking and rescheduling appointments.Checking patients in and out, including processing payments.Helping customers select their frames.General administration tasks such as scanning documents, ordering supplies etc.The successful candidate will have / be:Experience working in a busy, customer facing environment.Front of house experience - hotel or medical centreGood computer skills.Warm, polite, friendly, professional.An enthusiastic personality with a flair for dealing with the public.Lots of initiative.Salary:€*****-€***** Depending on experience.Job Type: Part-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountOn-site parkingStore discountApplication question(s):Can you work 4 full days?9am to 6pm.This role is based in Bray and requires on site attendance.Please indicate here and apply only if you are in a reasonable commuting distance (typically under 45 minutes).Experience:Receptionist: 1 year (required)Language:Excellent English - Cambridge Level C1/2 (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Location:Bray, County Wicklow (preferred)Work Location: In person
