Job DescriptionWe are currently looking to hire a CLO Deal Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis aligned to our Dublin office.(Cherrywood)The CLO division sits within US Bank's Global Corporate Trust (GCT) division.CLOs are structured finance vehicles that issue both debt and equity liabilities, with the proceeds being used to buy a portfolio of collateral.Typical types of collateral include syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds and equity.The CLO Deal Administrator role is a key role within our Corporate Trust Business and offers a good level of individual responsibility and accountability, whilst being part of a dynamic and successful business line with opportunity for future growth and development.ResponsibilitiesOversight and execution of bond/bank loan trade settlementsAnalysis of Money Market Fund investment requirementsBooking cash inflows/outflows to the portfolioTracking asset attributes such as accrual informationProviding cash and asset reporting to clients on a daily basisAssisting Analysts with reporting to CLO investorsEnsuring 100% accuracy and timeliness of data through booking and reconciliation of account activityExperienceTypically 2–4 years of experience within Financial Services with experience in cash reconciliations, settlements, client engagement, or a related Operations Analyst roleKnowledge of fixed income, debt, loans or derivatives is beneficial; CLO experience or theoretical CLO knowledge is advantageousStrong numeracy and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and detail orientationRelationship building across internal groups and divisionsAbility to manage a heavy and varied workload with careful attention to detailIndenture/Credit Agreement interpretation abilities and analytical skills are preferableLocationThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic, fast-paced and diverse working environment with employees of many nationalities.We provide benefits to help protect your health and financial security, and invest in your career growth with development resources to help you stretch and shine.Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants.#J-*****-Ljbffr
