Job Title: Lifeguard/Swim Coach Location: Dublin Opportunity: Permanent Part-Time (17-24 hours per week) Salary: €15 per hour About the Role: You will: Lifeguard a 25-metre pool and teach swim classes for adults (beginner to advanced levels). Communicate effectively with staff and clients. Monitor chemical levels and liaise with the facilities team to ensure smooth pool operations. Maintain a clean and risk-free environment. Collaborate with the Westfield Health fitness team to develop class programs, events, and projects. About You: You must have: RLSS / Irish Water Safety Lifeguard Certification (in-date). CPR / First Aid Certification (in-date). Proficiency with G-suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets). Assistant Swim Teacher or full Swim Teacher award. Aqua Aerobics experience/qualification. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven exceptional customer service skills. Availability for early mornings (Monday-Friday) and occasional evenings. Excellent swimming and practical lifeguarding skills. Flexibility in working arrangements. Swim coach Level 1 & 2 certifications.
