Software Engineer - OpenStack Swift (Waterford Office, Ireland) page is loaded## Software Engineer - OpenStack Swift (Waterford Office, Ireland)remote type: Onsitelocations: Waterford Citytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-******The Red Hat Engineering team is looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development, testing and documentation for OpenStack Swift, as well as customer support and maintenance for the product.In this role, you'll be contributing to the development of OpenStack Swift project, of the OpenShift Operators we use for its deployment and to the development of automated testing.You will work on a variety of technologies and open source projects.Object storage has an expanding role for many application use cases and you will have the opportunity to enhance or develop deeper expertise in both the API as well as the internal of the Swift object storage open source project.As a Red Hat Software Engineer, you will become part of a distributed team collaborating and communicating with other team members and open source community developers, working independently.We are looking for people that are passionate about modern software development, continuous improvement and open source.The position is onsite in the Waterford office, 4 -
