A leading and prestigious Real Estate organisation is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team based in Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 1–3 years of experience who's eager to take the next step in their career.You'll work in a collaborative environment with exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and strong potential for future growth.Key Responsibilities:Assist with monthly and year-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments)Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations (including client accounts)Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with management accountsProcess AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate ledgersPrepare/update cash flow schedules and support VAT/PAYE filingsAssist with payroll and audit preparationContribute to internal financial controls and reportingWhat You'll Need:1–3 years' experience in a finance/accounting support roleStrong attention to detail and reconciliation skillsExperience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AccessExcellent time management and communication skillsSelf-motivated team player with a proactive approachWhat's on Offer:Excellent benefits packageWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMClear career development pathway and opportunity to grow within a leading real estate companySupportive, professional environment with real progression potentialHow to Apply:To apply, please send your CV to ****** at Lex Consultancy.Call us on ************** and quote job reference #RM*****#J-*****-Ljbffr
