Travel Sales ExecutiveCompany: SWING Golf Ireland based in Tralee, Co KerryRole Overview:We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Executive to join our golf travel team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and travel, strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills with a desire to create customer satisfaction.This role involves managing client relationships, designing desired custom travel packages, and closing sales to meet business targets that deliver memorable experiencesKey Responsibilities:Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) from international clients, primarily from the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia.Design and sell bespoke golf travel packages featuring Ireland's top golf courses, luxury accommodations, and cultural experiences.Build strong relationships with individual travellers, groups, and corporate clients.Work closely with local suppliers (hotels, golf clubs, transport providers) to confirm and manage bookings.Maintain accurate records of quotes, sales, client communication, and itineraries in the CRM system.Provide pre-trip advice and support to clients to ensure seamless travel experiences.Stay up to date with product knowledge and developments in the Irish golf and tourism industry.Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in travel sales, ideally with inbound tourism or golf-related travel.Knowledge of Ireland's geography, golf courses, and high-end travel options.Must have fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a consultative sales approach.Experience using CRM and booking systems and proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Highly organized with strong administration skills and the ability to manage multiple client itineraries and timelines.A passion for golf and/or deep appreciation for Ireland as a destination.Familiarity with international travel markets (golf a plus) especially North America is a plus.Competitive based salary + benefits depending on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: From €36,****** per yearBenefits:Company pensionAbility to commute/relocate:Tralee, County Kerry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Application question(s):Do you have a passion or strong interest in tourism?Education:Advanced/Higher Certificate (required)Experience:Travel Sales: 2 years (required)Language:English (required)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
