Due to continued expansion we require an Electrical Package Manager for Dublin-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle, including:
Pre-construction and planning
Construction
Testing and commissioning
Coordinate design team information and details in line with project delivery timelines
Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest safety standards
Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan
Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services
Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
Requirements
Relevant third-level degree
6+ years' experience, preferably with a main contractor
Previous project experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential, pharmaceutical, data centres)
Chartered or working towards chartership
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
