As
Security & Compliance Specialist I
for GTreasury, you will be responsible for understanding key GTreasury security requirements, controls and processes leveraged to support compliance initiatives, supporting technology and looking for ways to continuously improve scalability, efficiency, and quality in-line with company ethics and regulatory requirements.

A successful candidate is one that has a natural ability to balance multiple projects, work within a high-growth and constantly evolving environment and collaborate across diverse stakeholders and customers.
Candidate must also have strong expertise in GRC tool management, compliance assessments, and risk monitoring.
They will work closely with IT and platform support teams to automate processes, track compliance requirements, and support audits and risk assessments within a hybrid, multi-tenant infrastructure.
Essential Duties:
Understand and serve as a subject-matter expert around GTreasury's security controls, along with the supporting processes and technology enablement,
Lead the management, configuration, and optimization of GRC tools, ensuring alignment with security frameworks and regulatory requirements,
Support the achievement of the Information Security program milestones, supporting the development and monitoring criteria and key performance indicators,
Work across groups to reduce application risks and remediation of vulnerabilities,
Prepare and maintain, playbooks, procedures and technical documentation,
Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security incidents,
Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs,
Represent Information Security in discussions regarding security with potential customers,
Stay informed of broader changes impacting business capabilities, such as emerging security risks and industry trends.
Maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security incidents.
Skills & Requirements:
5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience creating and maintaining a Security Controls Crosswalk and drafting and maintaining a System Security PlanGood working knowledge and experience in the assessment and/or implementation of ISO27001, SWIFT, NIST or other security and Cyber Assessment Framework
Sound working knowledge of Common Vulnerability Exposures (CVE), Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), OWASP Top10
Strong focus on quality and risk management with the ability to perform situational analysis to identify, measure and document risks
Proven ability to communicate effectively on a technical, security, operational topics with a broad range of internal and customer stakeholders
Tech savvy with security and systems experience supporting the ability to conduct root cause analysis through technical, business, and operational engagement
Experience with actively attending and participating in security and compliance audits
Experience with GRC tools(i.e., Drata, Vanta, OneTrust)
Expertise using project management tools, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or MS Project
Experience with one or more data analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau
Experience working with project teams spanning organizational levels
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent competency in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CISM or GIAC GSP / GSE certificationsrequired
