This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aviation projects.
* Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
**Requirements:*** Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
* Experience in project management, with a focus on large infrastructure.
* Ideally with consultancy and onsite experience.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
