CAD Operator

Job Title: CAD Operator Location: Limerick, Ireland Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join the team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD systems, smart applications, and 3D model packages, along with a thorough understanding of drawing procedures. Key Responsibilities: Utilize CAD systems to create and modify detailed drawings and layouts. Work with smart applications and 3D model packages to develop accurate and efficient designs. Follow established drawing procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards. Maintain and update drawing office procedures, including title block formatting, tagging, labelling, and symbology. Produce and review P&IDs, AF&IDs, building layouts, and schematics. Ensure proper drawing controls are in place and adhered to. Qualifications: Proficiency in CAD systems and smart applications. Experience with 3D model packages and drawing procedures. Familiarity with drawing office procedures, including title block formatting, tagging, labelling, and symbology. Experience with P&IDs, AF&IDs, building layouts, and schematics. General knowledge of drawing controls. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Some training may be provided for a suitable candidate.
