Responsibilities: Serving customersEnsuring excellent customer care at all timesInteracting with a customer in a helpful, friendly mannerAssisting customers with finding the right solution/products if neededEnsure stock levels are maintainedMaintain store cleanliness and hygiene standardsMaintain agreed store merchandising standardsComplying with all relevant legal obligationsComplying with all Company guidelines and procedures.The ideal candidate will have/be:Ideal Candidate: Previous customer service experience is an advantagePrevious Food Retail experience is an advantageWill have willingness to go an extra mile for all our customersFully FlexiblePositive with a Can-Do attitudeResponsible and ReliablePassion for good foodWilling to learn across all departments of the storeWork well within a team or own initiative and take pride in a job well doneAs a Sales Assistant you will be required to sell Alcohol and Tobacco, therefore, you must be 18 or over to qualify for this role.
