Senior Swim Instructor -Maldron Hotel Portlaoise We have a fantastic new vacancy for an experienced Swim Instructor to join the team at Club Vitae in the excellent Maldron Hotel Portlaoise. Requirements of the Role: To grow swim classes and group class revenue year on year Build strong relationships with existing staff and members and maintain a presence in the local community High Presentation Standards in Club Vitae at all times Responsibility for Leisure Centre Attendants and their duties during shifts Ensure high level customer service at all time To assist the manager in implementing effective monitoring of memberships & maintaining records of usage & renewal To liaise with the management team so as to ensure monthly targets are met To monitor department overheads so as to ensure budgets are adhered to Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to in the Leisure Centre Requirements of the Person: Qualified swim instructor minimum of a Level 2 qualification Lifeguard qualification Certified in first aid.
