Join to apply for theCyber Security Audit Seniorrole atForvis Mazars In IrelandForvis Mazarsis a leading professional services firm with ambitious growth plans and over 1000 staff based in Cork, Dublin, Galway and Limerick.Security/ cyber security audit is an exciting and challenging environment working with clients of different sizes and sectors nationally and internationally.Security/ cyber security audit is the set of technical skills that enable you to review the technology that organisations use to determine where weaknesses exist that could be exploited and to provide technical recommendations to reduce risk.As a member of the Forvis Mazars team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, while benefiting from a strong culture of inclusion, support, and collaboration across borders.The PositionAt Forvis Mazars, our team helps clients identify and manage technology risks across areas like cybersecurity, data protection, IT audit, and digital transformation.We wish to hire a security/ cyber security auditor/ audit senior coming from a strong technical security background having either worked in a security, cyber security or Security/ cyber security audit role for at least 3 years.Key RequirementsEU security legislation such as NIS/ NIS 2Security standards such as ISO 27001/2Technology and infrastructureCybersecurity threats and enterprise defencesOperational security infrastructure controlsTechnical cyber security practices and solutionsSecurity patch management, security incident and event managementDeep understanding of security for Linux/Windows servers, and related TCP/IP protocolsExperience with WLAN security protocols and toolsNon technical cyber security practicesIdeal CandidateFluent spoken and written EnglishA bachelor's degree in security, cyber security, technology, computer science, engineering, or a related fieldA Master's degree would be an advantageAt least 3 years working in a technical security/ cyber security or security/ cyber security audit roleBe capable of identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas and implementing solutionsBe an enthusiastic self-starter that has excellent analytical skillsCan set own high standards of performance and delivering desired resultsPlease Note: Forvis Mazars is an Equal Opportunities Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
