We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of our properties. Role and Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and fittings. Install new plumbing systems as needed, including piping, fixtures, and appliances. Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and resolve them in a timely manner. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address cross-functional issues and projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory. Ideal Candidate: Trade certification or apprenticeship in plumbing.
