If you are detail-oriented, passionate about the hospitality industry, and have a knack for delivering exceptional results within the Irish market, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Compile and develop monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow. Monitor and analyse KPIs, diving deep into revenue, margins, working capital, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with all financial procedures and internal controls. Assist with annual budgets and forecasts throughout the year. Prepare and review Capex proposals and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and the board. Provide technical accounting support to colleagues. Partner with the leadership team on impactful projects and initiatives. What You Bring: Fully qualified (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with experience in the Irish hotel industry, particularly within the Irish market. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
