Overview
Our client is a leading specialist in HVAC and pipework mechanical installations, delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead projects from conception to completion.
Role Overview
As the Project Manager, you will oversee mechanical installation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, and uphold safety and compliance throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute HVAC and pipework installation projects.
Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and defined responsibilities.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Monitor project performance, including cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct site visits and progress meetings, ensuring client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing HVAC and pipework mechanical installation projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and installation processes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations, H&S standards, and quality assurance.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks effectively.
Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, SMSTS).
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
